On Jan. 27^th, 2007 hartung:consult participated in SAP’s annual partner cooperation kick-off meeting in Hongkong, China. hartung:consult is the first SAP local partner in China. The cooperation between the two companies last for more than 19 years globally while 10 years in China. Both SAP and hartung:consult are dedicated in bringing the advanced SAP technologies into the Chinese market.

The Meeting provides a communication platform for all partners to share experience as well as joyfulness of success during the past years. Mr. Joerg Heil (General Manger), Mr. Thomas Liao (Consultant Director) and Mr. Bastian Hardt (Business One Director) representing hartung:consult exchanged ideas of company strategy, product tendency and marketing plan with responsible persons from SAP.

On March 15th 2006, hartung:consult celebrated the opening of its new office near the Jing An Temple. Around 180 guests and colleagues participated in the opening. Federal-Mogul Sealing System (Nanchang) Co., Ltd. declared recently that, after nearly 5-month hard work and under the help of SAP implementation expert —Hartung Consult, a globally leading ERP consultation and implementation service supplier, their ERP system goes live successfully. This action indicates that Federal-Mogul Nanchang, together with Federal-Mogul China and American headquarters of Federal-Mogul, will adopt globally uniform ERP system and management philosophy, which not only satisfies the requirement of international business and of headquarters management of Federal-Mogul Nanchang, but also fully combines the actual situation of China and local Nanchang, and accordingly means a new step toward information-based construction.

Federal-Mogul Sealing System (Nanchang) Co., Ltd is a joint venture company which was found in 1996 and invested by Nanchang Cylinder Gasket Factory and T&N Britain (part of Federal-Mogul America), one of the globally top10 manufacturers and suppliers of car accessories and fittings in 1998. And 45% of its products are sold in Europe, America, South Africa and Asia. In view of business and management internationalization as well as the demand for headquarters management, the company decides to adopt the globally uniform ERP system, i.e. SAP solution plan. To solve the challenge of internationalization and localized integration, Federal-Mogul Nanchang chooses Hartung Consult, the implementation cooperator of SAP, as the service supplier for the implementation.
